Stuck in Windows pop-up

Please find below some easy fixes when you experience technical problems when starting the Schoolyear app.

Easy fix 1: Refresh the browser session using F5 key.
It could be that your browser is not connecting correctly to the installed Schoolyear app. Please press F5 and retry the onboarding stepper. 

Easy fix 2: Pause your virus scanner. 
Schoolyear might be blocked by your virus scanner (Northon, Kaspersky). Please follow the steps below: 

1.    Set your virus scanner on hold.
2.    Please press F5 and retry the onboarding stepper.
